There are three ways to enjoy Regulatory Augmented Intelligence with ChatMDR. The first one is that ChatMDR, ChatIVDR, ChatAIAct and ChatFDA have free entry tier. It is our intention to let it always be free. We want to have a low barrier to entry for people who just want to try our tools.
If you are a larger organisation, we recommend RAI Enterprise – a dedicated solution that integrates and scales with your business.
For independent innovators, consultants and lean enterprises, we recommend ChatMDR Plus or ChatMDR Unlimited. They are very simply billed by credit card using the secure Stripe platform. Here are the differences between the versions:

After you sign up, your account is automatically in the Free tier. You can upgrade from within the app itself, as explained in the video below.
Why all subscriptions bill in EUR by default
When you create your account, a ChatMDR Free subscription is automatically created for you. This has the default currency of 0 EUR per month. So zero, but EUR. Due to a limitation in our payment provider (Stripe), the currency of your account is then set to EUR and it cannot be changed. Practically speaking, your credit card provider will convert the price to your local currency and it shouldn’t matter much to you. For example, at the time of writing, 20 EUR would work out to 23.19 USD.
If you prefer to pay in your own currency, for instance to be sure that you are billed the exact same amount every month without exchange rate fluctuations, then please contact sales via the form on this site. We can then agree on a rate in the currency of your choice that we fix for one year.
