What to do if you have trouble logging in
Some of our customers have trouble logging into the application, especially just after creating their account. ChatMDR and ChatIVDR are hosted in the Amazon Cloud Service for maximum security. This means your login details are not stored on the ChatMDR/ChatIVDR server, but inside a secure Amazon service called Amplify. This also takes care of the single-sign-on functionality with your Google or Facebook account.
However, because of the security, Amplify can be a bit tricky, especially if your spam filter eats the confirmation email. But even then, ChatMDR customer support can help you if you follow the following simple instructions:
- Check your spam filter for the confirmation email if you haven’t received it. Then, move it back to your inbox and click the link.
- If you cannot find the email – or you clicked on the link but still cannot log in – please contact customer support.

The support function normally automatically correlates your user account with your support request, so we can contact you and tell you when the problem has been resolved. However, before you log in successfully, the support tool does not know who you are!
